2. Subscriptions
- —Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
- —Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- —You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page.
- —Refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact hello@herstories.xyz within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
- —Subscriber access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
All articles, essays, images, and other content published on Her Stories are the intellectual property of Her Stories or the respective authors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.
Short quotations with attribution for editorial or educational purposes are permitted under fair use.
4. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- —Post comments that are abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
- —Share your subscriber credentials with others.
- —Attempt to circumvent subscriber gating or access controls.
- —Use automated tools to scrape or download content.
- —Impersonate any person or entity.
5. Comments & Submissions
By submitting a comment or editorial pitch, you grant Her Stories a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and display your submission. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or decline any submission. Comments are moderated before publication.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Her Stories is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
