Her Stories பெண்ணெழுத்து publishes feminist journalism, personal essays, cultural criticism, and poetry — in Tamil, English, or both. We welcome new voices, especially from Tamil women and the diaspora.

How it works

  1. 1Pitch to Her Stories — Submit your idea using the form below. We review all pitches and respond within 2–3 weeks.
  2. 2Receive editorial feedback — If your pitch is accepted, our editor will reach out with next steps, our style guide, and a publication timeline.
  3. 3Submit your manuscript — Approved contributors receive access to the contributor dashboard to submit their full article for editorial review (5–7 business days).

What we publish
